Mark Rantin - Founder & Lead Designer
With over 30 years in residential architecture, Mark brings a unique perspective shaped by his studies under renowned architect Claude Megson at Auckland University. His deep understanding of 1970s family home design principles, combined with contemporary residential architecture practices, creates homes that are both timeless and perfectly suited to modern living.
Mark's specialty lies in understanding how families actually live in their homes, ensuring every custom home design enhances daily life while anticipating future needs.
