Mark Rantin
Mark is a residential design specialist and brings extensive design experience over 4 decades to our new community. He can help if this is your first home, or if you are building a new home to retire to. He knows how important it is to make the right choices when designing a house.
We'll create a home which will meet your current and future needs. We'll engage in a full site assessment, an open discussion about the opportunities for your project and walk you through these before final decisions are made. We'll highlight the best materials and building methods to make a beautiful bespoke home that will last for years to com. This approach has seen many of our previous clients occupy their MRA designed homes long-term.
Mark studied at Auckland University School of Architecture, being part of Claude Megson's Studio. Megson a renown architect (New Romantic) of the late mid-20th century has influenced a generation of architects, including Mark who has become passionate about promoting the Megson legacy.

Wendy Metcalfe
Wendy has worked for MRA Limited as a director since 2001, supporting Mark with her commercial experience. She's a dab hand at creating reports and presentations, collating ideas, researching products and taking care of paperwork.
Wendy's other passions include assisting clients with planning for layouts and finishes for their new homes, and providing bespoke hand-crafted decor items.
Wendy's affiliation with Taupo backdates to the late 1970's, regular visits several times each year for the past 30 years before finally being able to call Taupo home. Love Taupo? Absolutely.
