Lump Sum Fee Basis
| Current fees for Sketch & Building Consent Stages range from about 8% of Construction Budget |
Hourly Rate
| Our current hourly rate is $125.00 + GST |
Invoicing
| Invoices are issued on a monthly basis with balances becoming due
at the conclusion of each stage and prior to release of documents
for lodgement with council. Printing Costs are additional to fees and are invoiced monthly. Invoices are due 10 days from the date of issue. Unpaid or late paid balances attract interest. Collection costs where necessary are additional to the invoice total and interest thereon. |
