We are not a construction company. Choice of the building company remains under your control.

What to expect
A one to one service, you will work directly with the people preparing the documentation and observation services.
We will meet with you to discuss your requirements.
Visit your home.
Photograph aspects & elements of the home that require review.
Review reports & all available documentation, including original building and resource consent plans & conditions.
Discuss items for re-design, materials for replacement and additional requirements.
Based on the site visit, reports, town planning aspects, your brief and other observations a proposal will be presented.
Discussion about options for building contractors, materials for replacement, refurbishment or renewal.

Council documentation
Full document set of architectural drawings and specification, including branz appraisals where appropriate.
Programme detailing methodology for project, order of steps for the demolition / investigation / reconstruction.
Quality assurance programme for the project, this may include separate quality assurance schedules for key components i.e. cladding.

Project observation
Attendance & services as per the quality assurance programme.
Checking compliance with details & specifications approved by council via the quality assurance programme.
