Beachfront living poses the dual requirements of easy connection to the outdoors with management of the force of natural elements. The solution on this seafront site created separate lockable modules combining living for the owners, wiht accommodation& entertainment of guests and family. The individual forms, were placed around central sheltered courtyard. The architectural solution challenged the concept of all areas beyond the front door being internal spaces. Proposed in masonry wiht a feature finish to the upstairs master suite,, extensive use of louvre panels allows privacy & security.
