This design results from intersecting two cubist forms. The main form contains the living functions and utilises the roof of the second garage form to provide an intimate outdoor court on the mid floor secreted from the street. An interplay of light elements,louvres & aluminium glazing against the solid element of plastered masonry block provides aesthetic balance.
