Harnessing the severe contours and limited level building platform on this cliff edge property led to staging of the home towards a living platform at the highest point opening to level area outdoor court. The accommodation wing is linked to the family pavilion internally and also via an external courtyard positioned between the 2 forms. Materials were chosen for their ability to withstand harsh weather conditions.
