The resulting indoor & outdoor areas cascade on a series of levels creating graciousness and gentility. This home surprises from its understated entry façade with many exciting design features and elements. Sun and space abound. A generous sheltered outdoor conservatory seamlessly joins the family room level make this the ultimate party venue. The formal living room is set as a retreat from the main living, with views over the pool and, bringing the dinner party back into fashion, a highly visible double height formal dining area.
