We're also renovating the Wilson House in Taupō, following Claude Megson's original plans and design ideas. As a student in Megson's studio at Auckland University in the early 1980's Mark Rantin has a valuable insight into Claude's theories of 1970's family home design. It is a privilege to be the current custodians of a heritage home.

This service will assist you to evaluate the design opportunities for an existing home, making it 'new' for you and taking the best (but not too much) of your previous home's treasures with you. Perfect for down-sizing movers who are looking to simplify and curate their next home.
Your downsizing move doesn't have to be stressful. We offer scaled furniture layout plans (using your own furniture pieces) to assist your smooth move to your new home. We can also help with sorting (using our 4-stream system) and transitioning surplus items aiming to reduce waste and realise value where possible.
